School Rugby-St Peterís, Isipathana, Royal, Trinity maintain unbeaten run

The fourth round of the ongoing Under 20 inter-school rugby league championship saw the desired results being achieved by the fancied teams. In the Division 1A games the high riding St. Peterís College maintained their unbeaten tag with a whopping 74-3 win over the hapless Anandians and in the other two matches of this group Kingswood crushed Thurstan 67-0 and the Antonians overcoming the Thomians 34-17.

In the Division 1B category Isipathana, Royal and Trinity will fight for the league title and they know itís only two teams that will be promoted to the top division and thus an interesting tussle could be seen in the days to come.

The three teams were engaged in their respective assignments last week with Isipathana brushing aside Dharmaraja 29-0, Trinity overcoming St Josephís 38-20 and Royal defeating Vidyartha 31-7. .
